Development within the Suburban Precinct of the Moreton Bay Regional Council Planning Scheme is generally limited to larger lot subdivisions of 600m² or more.  This makes small infill development difficult to achieve unless under site specific conditions.  However, it may be possible to develop a site within this precinct for a Dual Occupancy
